Capacity London offers a range of vocational qualifications for the Digital Media, Creative Industries and Community Development sectors, as well as Literacy, Numeracy, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Information Communication and Technology (ICT). We embed ‘soft’ skills and personal development within all of our training programmes offer work experience opportunities, including work placements based in Seville, Prague and Berlin funded by the Erasmus+ programme.
Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
Our TEFL courses include a 3-day programme classroom based training in London, followed by a PAID 3-month work experience placement in Seville, Spain. The course fee is £249, which includes all learning materials and a guaranteed work placement with travel to Seville and accommodation provided, plus €100/week living allowance
We offer digital media qualifications accredited by City & Guilds, including web design and social media marketing. These courses are designed for people looking to broaden their skill set by developing their knowledge of key digital media functions used by all types of businesses and in a wide variety of job roles.
Adult Literacy & Numeracy and ESOL
We offer the Level 3 Award in Professional Practice for the Creative Industries, which is designed for people considering a professional career in the Creative Industries sector, from event managers, TV production assistants, craft design to fashion.
The course focuses on developing entrepreneurship, business acumen and workplace skills for the Creative Industries and is suitable for people either looking to work within a creative business or those considering building their own business.
Capacity London can provide community based Adult Literacy and Numeracy and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) courses.
