Digital marketing and Social Media for Business is the use of digital media to attract and engage with current and potential customers, for example online advertising, email marketing, social media campaigning, and search engine optimisation. Level 3 Award in Creative Techniques (Professional Practice) - City & Guilds 7113

This is aimed at those working in studios either as the sole trader or in partnership. The qualification will lead you to advanced and innovative design and production skills as well as providing skills for running a business.

Studying at level 3 you can choose a subject from a vast range of skilled areas. Each one of these has a variety of options, for example, Fashion includes fashion wear, tailoring, lingerie, fashion corsetry, theatre costume and millinery as well as additional skills in subjects like pattern cutting. The subjects are as follows:

Functional Skills

Functional Skills – City & Guilds 3748

Fundamental applied skills in maths, English and ICT – with a particular focus on problem-solving and being able to apply these skills effectively in real situations. These qualifications are intended for anyone wishing to develop their English, Mathematics or ICT skills.

Functional Skills qualifications are available across five levels (Entry 1 to Level 2), and are completed in a wide range of college, community and work-based settings.
